This week Ray discusses the ministry of the 2 witnesses and the war in heaven that follows their time of ministry during the tribulation. There is much debate as to who the witnesses are, but regardless of what their identities are, God gives them authority to do miracles and bring judgment to those left on the earth at that time.

Chapters 12 and 13 describe the war in Heaven and the setting up of the Satanic trinity here on earth as the devil attempts to duplicate the Holy Godhead of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

This week Ray discusses the scroll John sees in chapter 5 and the seven seals on it. A Roman person’s will was always sealed with 7 seals, this scroll is a will. The scroll is actually Christ’s deed and title to all creation.

God makes it clear that only Christ can redeem. No saint in glory, no man on earth, no statue…. None but Jesus Christ. No man in worthy. This is why when some want to pray to “saints” or pray through the name of the saints, makes no sense. It’s foolishness and dangerous. Why would we depend on men when we have the exalted Christ to lean on!

Christ is about to open the sealed book and judgment will fall on the world. People will not see this as it unfolds in heaven. People will go on their way, eating, drinking, sinning, and ignoring God’s Word. Then the Lamb will open the book and judgment will fall.
